Vivi ceiling lamp in natural rattan 35 x 36

Vincent Sheppard proposes here, in the wake of its work around the weaving of rattan, wooded materials and aerial imaginary, a series of ceiling lights named Vivi.

Vivi is above all a particular technology of light passage, of exposure to the world, allowed by the asymmetry of the weaving.

But it is also an organic biology, that of the evolution of rattan which breathes, retracts and relaxes according to environmental factors:humidity, heat, time.

In the end, Vivi is a way of vitalizing light and re-vitalizing the organisms that benefit from it, humans and their companions.
